Since 1917, Abbott & Cobb has been the largest, independent vegetable seed breeder and producer. They had an exciting new product offering on the horizon and wanted to give their website a fresh, clean look to match. The site needed to be mobile friendly to capture the attention of their target grower audience in the U.S. and be easy for them to maintain.

The Solution

Our website development team led Abbott & Cobb through a complete redesign process, starting with creating a navigation that allowed for mobile optimization and a new, professional graphic design. The key to the new AbbottCobb.com is its online product catalog. Focused on the user experience, the company wanted to make it easy for site visitors to navigate their online catalog to find the best seed variety for their needs. Our team incorporated a faceted search that would allow their customers to quickly check boxes to select key criteria such as crop, color, and region. This narrowed down a much larger product search to one or two recommended products.
