Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and eligible under the laws of Ohio and all other applicable jurisdictions.

  1. Sponsor
    This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Meister Media Worldwide, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
  2. Eligibility
    The Promotion is open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
    This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Survey Monkey.
  3. Entry Period
    The Promotion begins on March 5, 2026 at 12:00 pm EST and ends on March 31, 2026 at 5:00 pm EST (“Entry Period”). Only entries received during this period are eligible.
  4. How to Enter
    To enter, complete the Survey Monkey survey during the Entry Period.
    Limit one (1) entry per person.

Entries may not require:
• Taking the survey more than once
• Sharing to personal timelines/feeds
• Creating multiple accounts or using automated tools
Any attempt to circumvent these rules may result in disqualification.

  1. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card (Approximate Retail Value: $100).
    Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be permitted unless required by law or at Sponsor’s discretion.
  2. Winner Selection and Notification
    One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
    Winner will be notified via email and must respond within five (5) days.
    If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

    By entering, participants agree to:

    • Accept all decisions of Sponsor as final and binding

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any event compromises the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, or corrupted entries; technical malfunctions; or errors in platform functionality.

    By entering, participants release Sponsor and the survey platform (Survey Monkey) from all liability related to participation or prize acceptance.
