Willoughby, Ohio, USA – April 17, 2017 – Meister Media Worldwide is excited to announce the newest addition to the world’s leading conference series devoted to the hands-on use of biocontrols and other biological products in agriculture: Biocontrols USA EAST 2017 Conference & Expo. Coming to Orlando, FL October 12-13, 2017, this conference will focus on the specific needs of ornamental, fruit, vegetable, and citrus growers in the Eastern half of the U.S.
“We wanted to create a biocontrols conference series that addresses all grower needs,” said Richard Jones, U.S. Horticulture Group Executive Editor at Meister Media Worldwide. “We realize that growers east of the Mississippi have different issues and requirements than those growers in the Western U.S. Different climates mean different insect and disease pests and different solutions. We also expect to see more greenhouse growers attend this event in the East. This conference is rich in content and promises to deliver on what growers need most in the way of biological techniques and products,” Jones said.
Throughout the event, organized by Meister Media Worldwide in conjunction with BPIA, attendees will have the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Credits and participate in optional pre- and post-conference workshops and a field tour. Attendees also will be able to:
- Sit in on targeted educational programs focused on the latest biocontrol technologies and techniques
- Hear success stories from growers who are putting these technologies to work
- Meet face-to-face with suppliers of the latest biocontrol products and services
- Understand the regulatory issues and trends impacting biocontrol and other crop protection materials
- Network with grower peers and share experiences
Registration is open now at http://www.biocontrolsconference.com/usa-east.
